The Challenge
Anytime Fitness Bexleyheath is a franchised Health Club. PMD work closely with the Anytime Fitness franchise operation. One of the Directors was in the process of opening another club when the proposed franchisee of Bexleyheath pulled out. The Directors assessed the site and were certain they could make it work. The Directors needed to finance most of the equipment essential for a new 24 hour health club. This included Life Fitness equipment, Access Control, CCTV, IT and Audio Visual. This was a new business and new limited company and the funding had to be put in place quickly to grasp the opportunity. The Directors resources were stretched.
The Solution
PMD’s experience of the sector and this type of business made the process easier for the Directors. In a short space of time a £250k facility was agreed, ensuring everything was delivered so the club could open on time.
The Results
PMD provided a finance package that allowed the Directors to spread the cost of essential equipment and conserve their capital for future expansion. The club opened on time breaking all previous franchise records for membership sales.
