PMD Business Finance Service Champion

PMD have launched an initiative that allows the PMD Business Support Team the chance to acknowledge each other’s ‘Legend Moments’. A moment where they have gone above and beyond to support each other in delivering the highest service levels to our customers and partners.

Below are some of the highlights from the month.

In the month we received 28 nominations in total
13 people received nominations
14 nominations were for Teamwork, showing how much we value working together
6 nominations for relationships, including building relationships internally and externally
A special mention for Luke our IT Manager, who received a nomination last month for his tireless work in making sure the office refurbishment went without any problems.

Our Service Champion for August 2019 received nominations for Quality, Speed, Relationship and Simplicity. Our winner is…………. Sabrina Scotson, a huge well done to Sabrina will receive a £100 Love to Shop voucher.
