Brad Garside Promoted to Associate Director

PMD are pleased to announce that Brad Garside has been promoted to Associate Director within the direct team

PMD Director Tom Brown commented

“This is a new position at PMD that will give Brad the direct responsibility of coaching, mentoring and helping me develop the three new recruits we have starting on the Accelerate Programme on the 1st October. Brad has been a key member of the team as we have grown the direct division of PMD. And it’s now time for him teach others the path to success within the asset finance industry. Congrats Brad, great working alongside you.”

Brad Garside commented

“Since starting with PMD back in November 2015, I have managed to develop and fine-tune a sales process for direct sales which is very reliable and delivers results. On the back of this process my development has grown rapidly over the last three years. And I have now been given a fantastic opportunity to coach and share this formula for success with our new recruits. I’m very excited to get this challenge underway and look forward to the further growth of the PMD direct division”.
