£415.8k funding secured for hotel fit-out project

An existing customer approached PMD seeking funding for a hotel fit-out project. The deal was highly complex and split across 12 different invoices, each covering different assets and values.

Tight time-frames added further pressure to get the funding in place quickly, so efficiency and a knowledge of the market was crucial.

Ethan Sutcliffe, Business Development Manager, was able to utilise his experience and relationships with our funding panel to syndicate the finance across three different lenders to make the deal work, securing a total of £415.8k.

This creative approach ensured the customer could move forward without delays.
