Yesterday another major broker sold a significant shareholding to a challenger bank. These days it seems in vogue for major brokers to allow major investment from banks and private equity providers.

At PMD we believe that to offer the best possible solutions to clients and suppliers we need the freedom to choose the right funder for each transaction without pressure to direct business back to shareholders.
