The Challenge
JLR Commercial Laundry based in the South East of the UK, pride themselves on providing a competent, capable and extremely reliable service to their hospitality sector customers. Allied to this, JLR provide a bespoke, tailor-made service to meet their customers specific needs. Initially providing domestic laundry services, the business has grown steadily since 1990. Now, continued expansion into the commercial sector and the need to bespoke their services requires a production facility which has the flexibility to deal with widely varying workloads.
The Solution
PMD’s Sam Kaberry was able to provide JLR with the lease finance to enable the acquisition of a 57kg washing machine and an automated multilane ironer and towel folder. A fine example of using lease finance for growth.
