PMD are happy to announce the promotions of 3 of their sales team to Business Development Director status.
Peter Dobson, PMD’s M.D. said “Helen Carr, Dillon Astin and Zak German have all successfully developed their client portfolios and thoroughly deserve the promotion.”
Dillon and Zak are both graduates of the PMD Accelerate scheme. Dillon works within our supplier team whilst Zak works in the direct team. Helen Carr, started working with Peter Dobson over 18 years ago and was one of the PMD originals.
Peter Dobson added “What a story this is; Dillon and Zak have developed through our in house Accelerate training structure which is testament to the mentoring and coaching they’ve received from their respective Sales Directors. Helen joined us in a junior capacity some 18 years ago. Since then, she has developed through the business. Firstly, becoming a senior member of the Business Support team before establishing herself in the sales arena. They all have long term futures ahead of them in business finance and everyone at PMD is proud of them.“
